This organic herb blend is intended for use as a nasal steam to relieve sinus congestion & discomfort. A powerful clearing remedy when used before using a neti pot! Reach for this when you need help clearing a cold/flu that's settled in the head: rose, thyme, lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus

Boil 2 TB herbs for 1 min. Cover, remove from heat, steep 5 min. Uncover, drape head with towel, & inhale deeply for 5-10 min.
